Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrives in Jammu, will meet families of victims of terror attack in Rajouri

Let us tell you that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be on a one-day visit to Jammu today to speed up the anti-terrorist campaign in the situation arising out of the massacre in Rajouri border of Jammu and Kashmir. In the morning, the Home Minister will hold a meeting with senior officials on the security scenario in the presence of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Jammu Raj Bhavan after meeting the families of the victims of the terrorist attack in Dhangri.
In this meeting, senior officers of Jammu and Kashmir Police, security forces and intelligence agencies are expected to get instructions to strengthen the intelligence network and security grid and speed up operations to eliminate terrorists operating in the state.This is the first visit of the Union Home Minister to Jammu and Kashmir in the new year. Strict security arrangements have been made regarding this. In view of the Home Minister's visit, security forces, Jammu and Kashmir Police and Traffic Police also conducted rehearsals in Jammu on Thursday afternoon and necessary guidelines were given in a meeting. According to highly placed sources, the Home Minister arrived at Jammu's technical airport on Friday by a special aircraft. Many senior officers of the Ministry of Home Affairs and security forces are also included with him. From here the Home Minister will leave for Rajouri by helicopter.
The Home Minister will meet the families of the victims of the terror attack in Dhangri and distribute appointment letters to them. Let us tell you that in the double terrorist attack in this village on January 1, 7 people were killed and about a dozen people were injured. Home Minister will return to Jammu from Rajouri at around 2 pm. On reaching Jammu, the Home Minister will leave for Raj Bhavan directly from the airport. At around 4 pm, he will return to Delhi after meeting with senior officials and giving necessary guidelines. Two days back, the Home Minister has already made it clear in the meeting with the state BJP's core group in Delhi that the plans of the terrorists will not be allowed to succeed under any circumstances. For this, additional deployment of security forces will be done in the state.
