Ukraine - Russia Crisis : Russia's nuclear weapons ready on Putin's orders, attacks surrounding Kiev

Tension seems to be spreading across Europe after Russia's attack on Ukraine. The situation is getting worse day by day. According to news agency PTI, President Vladimir Putin has instructed Russia's anti-nuclear forces to be on alert in view of rising tensions with Western countries. Obviously, if the steps of Russia and Western countries do not move towards peace, then the situation can even reach to nuclear war. However, efforts for reconciliation have also intensified.

According to news agency PTI, Russian President Putin, in a meeting with top officials on Sunday, ordered the Defense Minister and the Chief of the Military General Staff to keep anti-nuclear forces ready for war. At the meeting, Putin emphasized that major NATO member states have made "offensive statements".

The relief news came on Sunday evening after shelling, aerial missile strikes surrounded Ukraine's capital Kiev, and Russian troops who had entered the second major city of Kharkiv were driven out in a day-long battle. Ukraine agreed to hold talks hours after initially turning down Russia's offer of talks in Belarus.
