At the same time, showing strictness in this matter, the Railways has removed the accused TT from the job.

In the case of Air India (AI) passenger urinating on a woman on November 26, 2022, in the same Air India aircraft, the DGCA has imposed a heavy fine on the airline. DCCA has imposed a fine of Rs 30 lakh on Air India for violation of rules. Also, the license of the pilot-in-command of the flight has been suspended for three months for failing to discharge his duties.
