Non AC taxi fare has been increased from Rs 14 per kilometer to Rs 17. Similarly, the fare of AC taxi has been increased from Rs 16 to Rs 20 per kilometer. There is no change in Night Charge. It has been announced to increase the waiting charge by one rupee per minute.
Earlier, where the auto meter used to be down from 25 and used to run for one and a half kilometers, now it will be down from 30. Apart from this, where earlier you had to pay Rs 9.5 per kilometer, now you will have to pay Rs 11. In such a situation, if someone travels 10 km, then the passenger will have to pay 123.50 paise.
