Thw telecom service provider reported that it has signed a $3.6 billion crore deal with Nokia, Ericsson and Samsung. The deal includes supplying network equipment for a period of three-year.
This marks the beginning of first $6.6 billion (₹55,000 crore) company's transformative three-year capex plan.
Adani Total Gas
The company reported that the join venture between Adani Group and TotalEnergies of France ahs secured a financing package of $375 million from global lenders. This marks the most largest global funding effort in the CGD (city gas distribution) business.
HFCL
The company reported that it has signed a strategic partnership with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Incorporated (GA-ASI). As part of the partnership, the company has been chosen to develop and supply critical sub-systems for GA-ASI's advanced Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
ONGC
ONGC Videsh which is a subsidiary of ONGC, has taken a non-associated gas agreement for the Azeri-Chirag-Deepwater Gunashili (ACG) field in Azerbaijan. The non-associated natural gas (NAG) resources in the ACG field are estimated to be up to 4 trillion cubic feet (tcf) in place.

IREDA
The company reported that the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has given its approval to the company to issue fresh equity shares and raise up to ₹4,500 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).
Aavas Financiers
On Wednesday, the company reported that it have received approved from the board for the issuance of on-convertible debentures (NCDs) to raise ₹630 crore.
Mankind Pharma
The pharmaceutical company reported that the boards of directors has given its approval for raising up to ₹10,000 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and commercial papers (CPs) through private placement.
