7 schools in Bangalore were threatened with bombs via email. The eviction of students from the schools was started after receiving a threatening mail at around 11 am on Friday.

7 schools in Bangalore were threatened with bombs via email. The eviction of students from the schools was started after receiving a threatening mail at around 11 am on Friday. Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Kamal Pant said that police teams are investigating these schools.
Additional Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru East, Dr. Subramanyaswara Rao stated such emails are usually rumours. But, we're taking it severely and aren't leaving any chance. So a ways the research has been finished in schools, no bombs were observed there.
Exams were going on in some of these schools. Parents have been called to take the children back. However, the police have said that there was no disturbance in the exam. The police team is also probing the source of the email.
These are the list of schools that have got the email 1. Delhi Public School, Varthur 2. Gopalan International School, Mahadevapura 3. New Academy School, Marathahalli 4. St. Vincent Paul School 5. Indian Public School, Govindpura 6. Ebenezer International School, Electronic City.
