Threat to the life of Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, increased security

According to Pretr, the official said that after receiving specific information, we have taken necessary action and increased the security of the Chief Minister. He said that additional security has been provided to the Chief Minister, who has got Z Plus category security. Security has also been beefed up at Shinde's private residence in Thane and Varsha's official residence in Mumbai, he said. Eknath Shinde became the chief minister in June this year when the Uddhav Thackeray-led government collapsed due to his rebellion with Shiv Sena MLAs.
