"This Arrest Has Not Surprised Me'," Sunita Kejriwal reads out a message from Arvind Kejriwal who is in Jail

Sunita Kejriwal reads out a message from Arvind Kejriwal: A message from Arvind Kejriwal, who has been arrested in the Delhi liquor policy case, was read out today by Sunita Kejriwal, a former IRS officer and wife of Kejriwal.
Despite challenges, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal remains committed to serving the nation, as shown by his message from jail on Saturday. In his letter, Kejriwal encouraged AAP workers to avoid resentment toward BJP members, expressed confidence in his release, and stressed the importance of being vigilant against threats to the nation.
"I have struggled a lot, and this arrest doesn't surprise me," the Delhi Chief Minister said in his message, adding that he was born to struggle and is destined to face bigger challenges in the future.
During the conference, Sunita Kejriwal said, "Your son and brother Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has sent a message from the jail - 'my dear countrymen I have been arrested.”
“Whether I am inside the jail or not, I will continue to serve the country. My entire life is dedicated to the country. I have struggled a lot in my life, and I know that this will continue. Therefore, this arrest has not surprised me'."
No bar could keep him inside, and he would return soon.
Assuring women about the implementation of a scheme that will provide an honorarium of Rs 1,000 per month to eligible beneficiaries, Delhi Chief Minister assured that it has never happened that he has not kept his promises.
"There are several forces within and outside India that are weakening the country. We have to be alert, identify these forces and defeat them. Women in Delhi must be thinking that Kejriwal is behind bars. Who knows if they will get Rs 1000.”
“I appeal to them to trust their brother, their son. There is no jail that can keep him behind bars for long. I will come out soon and keep my promise," Sunita Kejriwal said, reading out the AAP leader's message.
AAP leader also encouraged women to seek blessings for him at temples.
Sunita Kejriwal had earlier slammed Narendra Modi for his "arrogance of power" and claimed that he was "trying to crush everyone".
Following his arrest in a money laundering case relating to the excise policy, Kejriwal was sent to the Enforcement Directorate's custody until March 28.
According to the ED, Kejriwal is a key conspirator in the excise policy scam. The Rouse Avenue court granted him a 10-day custody order.
In the trial court, Kejriwal appeared after withdrawing his plea against the agency's arrest on March 28 at 2 p.m.
While several opposition leaders have come out in support of Mr Kejriwal, Anna Hazare has said that the Aam Aadmi Party shouldn't have made the liquor policy.
