There will be a virtual meeting between PM Modi and US President Biden tomorrow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in a virtual meeting with US President Joe Biden on Monday. The two top leaders will review the ongoing bilateral cooperation between India and the US and exchange views on recent developments in South Asia, the Indo-Pacific region and global issues of mutual interest. This information has been given by the Ministry of External Affairs.

The ministry said that the virtual meeting will enable the two sides to continue their regular and high-level engagement with the aim of further strengthening the bilateral Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.

This virtual interaction of the top leaders of both the countries will be before the fourth 2 2 ministerial talks between India and America. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar are in the US to participate in the two plus two talks. The two plus two talks will be led by Rajnath Singh and S Jaishankar on the Indian side and their US counterparts Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Foreign Minister Antony Blinken.
