The ministry said that the virtual meeting will enable the two sides to continue their regular and high-level engagement with the aim of further strengthening the bilateral Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.
This virtual interaction of the top leaders of both the countries will be before the fourth 2 2 ministerial talks between India and America. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar are in the US to participate in the two plus two talks. The two plus two talks will be led by Rajnath Singh and S Jaishankar on the Indian side and their US counterparts Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Foreign Minister Antony Blinken.
