The Lion King - The Lion King's Prequel Announced, Disney Revealed Mufasa's First Look

The Lion King - The Lion King's Prequel Announced, Disney Revealed Mufasa's First Look

Oscar-winning director Berry Jenkins is coming up with 'Mufasa: The Lion King' after 'The Lion King', one of Disney's most successful films. He announced the prequel to the 2019 film at the Disney fan event D23 Expo. A glimpse of the film was also shown at the event. The first part of the film was very much liked by the audience. Children especially liked the movie. As if this film has brought back memories of old animated movies. Seeing the craze of the fans about the film, Barry Jenkins is bringing its second part in 2024. In the first part, superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan lent their voices to the characters of Simmba and Mufasa. Aaron Perry will give his voice in the second part.

Be it any Disney movie, its magic speaks over the heads of the audience. Disney has given us all the tales of princes and princesses like Cinderella, Rapunzel, Aladdin, as well as the tales of Simba. The 1994 Disney animated film The Lion King, a classic Walt Disney Studios film, was a super hit among the audience. The film went on to become one of the biggest animated films at the box office at that time. After this, it was re-released, fulfilling the wishes of the audience. The Lion King, which has been released so far in India, has done a business of more than 155 crores in terms of earnings. On the first day of the D23 Expo, which began at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, Disney showcased highlights from its company's upcoming films from this year to the next few years, including Mufasa: The Lion King.
