The father of the youth accused of rape proved which was after 28 years

After 28 years on the charge of rape, the hope of getting justice has increased for the woman who filed a case against her real brothers. On Wednesday, the DNA report of the main accused and the woman's son has come positive, after which the police have started raiding for the arrest of the nominee.

On March 4, 2021, a woman from Indranagar police station area of ​​Lucknow had filed a case at Sadar Bazar police station on the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate. In which the woman told that in 1994 when she was 13 years old. Then she used to live with her sister and brother-in-law living in a locality in Sadar area.

When she was alone at home, the truck driver and his brother, residents of Mamudi Mohalla, often used to come to the house. Between 1994 and 1995, both of them raped her several times by intimidation, due to which she became pregnant. When the relatives came to know about this, they went to the house of the accused and complained, but they were driven away. Took her to the doctor for an abortion, but the doctor refused, citing the danger of her life at an early age. Meanwhile, brother-in-law was transferred to Rampur. She also went there with him where the child was born there.

ASP City Sanjay Kumar said that the DNA sample of the main accused has been matched with that of the woman's son. He has absconded. Efforts are on to trace him. The woman and her son will also be called for the statement. The accused will be arrested soon.
