The Anti Human Trafficking Unit of Delhi Police has busted a racket of prostitution running in the capital of the country. The police have rescued a total of 10 girls, including some foreign girls, from the clutches of criminals. Police have arrested 5 accused in this case. While issuing a statement in the matter, Delhi Police said that when they came to know about the sex racket running in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, their Anti Human Trafficking Unit went there and raided, in which a total of 10 people were caught in the clutches of criminals.

According to a report in India Today, on July 21, police received information that a prostitution business was being organized under the guise of a spa and massage center called "Venez (Aza) Thai SPA" in Dayanand Vihar, Delhi. After a warning, a team was formed. Similarly, in March 2022, an international prostitution ring in Pandav Nagar, East Delhi was dismantled. Six people, including three women from Uzbekistan, were arrested.

Earlier this year, a raid team led by a decoy client managed to bust a hotel-run prostitution ring in Delhi's Aerocity district. The police were able to arrest three people, including the capo. Meanwhile, in June 2022, police broke up a sex deal and arrested four people, including three women, in connection with it, an official said. The defendants were identified as Ajay, 37, who ran the business, and three women, Sangita, 27, Munni Khatun, 26, and Simran, 27. On December , 2021, a sex business operated at the Malviya Nagar Spa Center was broken up.
