New Delhi: Rio Olympic 2016 gold medalist, Thangavelu Mariyappan will not be India's flagbearer in the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Paralympics on Tuesday. According to the sources, Six members of the Indian contingent, including two athletes Thangavelu Mariyappan and Vinod Kumar, came in close contact with a covid positive foreign passenger on the flight from New Delhi to Tokyo.
