Terrorist attack in Kashmir: TV actress Amreen Bhat killed in Budgam, her 10-year-old nephew also shot
Three terrorists of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba were involved in this attack. The area has been cordoned off and a search has been started. The case has been registered, and the Police is running the investigation

Terrorists have carried out a cowardly attack in Budgam of the Kashmir division. The firing was done targeting a Kashmiri TV actress. The actress died after being shot. Her 10-year-old nephew was also shot and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. All the entry and exit gates of the area have been closed by the security forces. The operation is being conducted by cordoning off the area in search of the attackers.
According to the Police, the terrorists opened fire at Amreen Bhat's residence in Chadoora, Budgam. In which she got shot. She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. Her ten-year-old nephew was shot in the arm.
Police further quoted, 'Three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists are involved in this heinous crime. Search has been started by cordoning off the area. Earlier on Tuesday, terrorists shot dead a police constable outside his house in the Soura area of Srinagar. During this, his seven-year-old daughter was also injured.
The attack happened at a time when Bollywood started showcasing the iconic and breathtaking sceneries of the valley. Kashmir was once the first choice for Bollywood for shooting films, and once again, the inclination of producers-directors toward Europe and Himachal, and other places has increased towards the Kashmir Valley. This attack could be a major blow in that direction as well.
