Sushil Modi : Nitish drowned crores of rupees of the most backward, the government showed the letter of Election Commission and AG
Sushil Modi said that the State Election Commission and the AG (Advocate General) had also talked about conducting body elections after giving reservation on the basis of triple test, but both had to change their mind under the pressure of the Chief Minister.

Rajya Sabha member and former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi issued a statement on Thursday, advising the Chief Minister that Nitish Kumar should not waste time by going to the Supreme Court to hide his mistakes after the ban on civic elections. They should make public the letters of AG and State Election Commission on this issue. Sushil Modi said that due to Nitish Kumar's insistence on holding civic elections in defiance of the Supreme Court's order, the elections were stalled and two years of the most backward were wasted. Crores of rupees of candidates were also lost.
Sushil Modi said that will the government compensate for this loss? He said that the order of the Supreme Court to hold civic elections only after giving reservation to backwards on the basis of triple test is applicable not only to Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh but to the entire country including Bihar.
Sushil Modi said that the State Election Commission and the AG (Advocate General) had also talked about conducting body elections after giving reservation on the basis of triple test, but both had to change their mind under the pressure of the Chief Minister. He said that to give political reservation in civic elections, the government should now make a special commission without wasting time and make all correspondence on this issue public, so that the truth comes in front of the public.
