Sushant Singh Rajput case: CBI says all aspects are being looked at
In a statement, released on September 28, it said, "The Central Bureau of Investigation is conducting professional investigation related to death of Shri Sushant Singh Rajput in which all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as of date."
The Central Bureau of Investigation, which is investigating the alleged murder of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has clarified that it is conducting professional investigation and looking at all aspects of the case.
In a statement, released on September 28, it said, "The Central Bureau of Investigation is conducting professional investigation related to death of Shri Sushant Singh Rajput in which all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as of date."
The investigating agency's clarification has come after Sushant's lawyer Vikas Singh has expressed deep anguish in a tweet on September 25. Singh wrote that he was 'frustrated' by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert 'abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR'.
Singh tweeted, "Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide."
Rajput allegedly committed suicide on June 14 by hanging from the ceiling fan at his home in Bandra. His family members suspected that he was murdered and since some high profile people are involved in it, the Maharashtra police tried to cover it up. The investigation was transferred to the CBI.
