A surgeon couple from Gujarat has created history by climbing Mount Everest. The couple has become the first Indian doctor couple to climb Mount Everest. On the other hand, another Indian climber has scaled the world's fourth-highest peak Mount Lhotse without an oxygen cylinder. The local media of Nepal has provided this information.
Dr. Hemant Lalitchandra Leuva of Gujarat and his wife Dr. Surbhiben Hemant Leuva were on the summit of Mount Everest's highest peak at 8,849 meters on Friday morning at around 8.30 am. The couple climbed the summit of Mount Everest with the message of saving the environment. Hemant is a Professor of Surgery at NHL Municipal Medical College. At the same time, his wife Surbhiben is the Chief Medical Officer in Gujarat Vidyapeeth.
At the same time, Skalzang Rigzin, a mountaineer from Ladakh has also created history. He climbed Mount Lhotse, the world's fourth-highest peak, which is about 8,516 meters high, without the help of an oxygen cylinder. Let us tell you that before this Rigzin climbed the Annapurna mountain on 28 April. He has done wonders by climbing two peaks in 16 days. The special thing is that both times he did not use the oxygen cylinder.
