Supreme Court Judge MR Shah suffered a heart attack, shifted from Himachal to Delhi
Justice MR Shah is going to retire on May 15, 2023 and it is the same Justice Shah who described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a 'popular, beloved, vibrant and visionary' leader.

Supreme Court Justice MR Shah has suffered a heart attack on Thursday, June 16 and has been taken to AIIMS Delhi's (AIIMS) AIIMS for treatment by air ambulance. However, there is no update about his health condition yet. Please tell that MR Shah suffered a heart attack in Himachal Pradesh, after which he has been brought to Delhi.
Gaurav Bhatia, a Supreme Court lawyer and chief spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, has also given this information by tweeting. He wrote, "Hon'ble Justice MR Shah Judge of Supreme Court of India has suffered a heart attack while in Himachal Pradesh. Arrangements are being made to send them to Delhi. I pray to God for his speedy recovery."
Justice Shah, 64, had served as a judge of the Gujarat High Court and then became the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court before taking over as the (SC) Supreme Court judge. Justice MR Shah is going to retire on May 15, 2023 and it is the same Justice Shah who described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a 'popular, beloved, vibrant and visionary' leader.
