On October 31, there are some stocks to watch to hear high earnings. These stocks are LIC, Tata Power, Zydus Wellness, Biocon, Wipro and P&G Hygiene.

LIC
The company reported that the company has sent it a demand notice for about Rs 65 crore because it didn't pay enough Goods and Services Tax (GST) for 2017-2018.
Apart from this, there is also a fine of Rs. 6.5 crore and interest as needed.
Tata Power
The company has given its approval for an investment of Rs 5,666 crore to build a 1,000 MW pumped storage hydro project. The period of completion of the project is 44 months which includes construction of pumped storage hydro power in Bhivpuri.
Zydus Wellness
The company has given its approval for the acquisition of Naturell (India) for Rs 390 crore. It's also received its approval to sign a share purchase deal with Naturell (India)'s promoters and other shareholders to buy 1,50,78,605 equity shares, each worth Re 1.
Biocon
The company’s net profit for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2024, went down by 84.2% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 27.1 crore.
In the same quarter previous year, Biocon made a net profit of ₹172 crore. The company’s revenue from operations went up by 3.7% to Rs 3,590.4 crore compared to Rs 3,462 crore in Q2 of FY24.
Wipro
The company reported a collaboration with Microsoft and SAP to speed up RISE with SAP migrations on the Microsoft cloud at almost no cost to clients on Wednesday.
This will provide clients with the ability to utilize SAP's business resource planning tools on Microsoft's cloud infrastructure.
Wipro will provide best practices, strategic advice, and a roadmap for the transition.
P&G Hygiene
The company’s profit after taxes went up by 0.57% to Rs 211.90 crore in the first quarter ending in September 2024.
In the same quarter of the previous fiscal, the company made a profit after taxes of Rs 210.69 crore. Revenue from operations fell by 0.28% to Rs 1,135.16 crore against Rs 1,138.35 crore a year ago.
