Dr. Ashwin Anil Gumaste, Institute Chair professor (Computer Science and Engineering), Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Maharashtra.

The CJI noted that many victims of Pegasus had approached the court, and it had been incumbent to think about the employment of such technology against them.
