For this, the state government has issued a new guideline on Saturday, in which it has been said that all the passengers coming to the state from any international destination will follow the rules set by the Government of India in any case.

Apart from this, only those domestic travelers will be allowed to enter the state, who have either taken both the doses of the vaccine or they have a valid RT-PCR negative report 72 hours old.
Public transport can only be used by those who have taken both doses of the vaccine. If a person who does not take both the doses, is found inside a taxi/private transport, 4-wheeler or a bus, he/she will be fined Rs.500/. A fine of Rs 500 will also be imposed on the driver/helper/conductor of the bus or taxi that accommodates such a person. In case of buses, the owner of the transport agency will also be fined Rs 1000.If any public or social gathering takes place in a covered area i.e. any cinema hall, theatre, marriage hall, convocation hall, etc., then people should be allowed to come there only in 50% capacity. Only 25% of the total capacity will be allowed to attend the open function.
Only those people who have taken both doses of the vaccine can go to any shop, business establishment, mall, events or other social gathering.Only those people who are fully vaccinated will be able to participate in any program event and show.
