Sonam Kapoor Diet: Sonam Kapoor is especially known for her fitness, and being a foodie how she manages her healthy diet. The iconic Indian actress shared an Instagram video about her secret to a fit and perfect lifestyle.
She took to Instagram and posed a reel in which she revealed her daily diet and what she eats to keep a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
The video clip shows that Sonam Kapoor starts at day at 6 am with hot lemon water which is helpful for digestion, hydrating your body, and gives more vitamin C. After that, she makes coffee with a mixture of collagen, oat milk, and chocolate.
At the start of her video, she also showed her chief who cooks meals for her.
Meanwhile, at 6:45 am she eats soaked almonds and nuts to get more nutrition and fiber. At 9:45 am, she has her breakfast with eggs and toast while attending an online meeting.

Sonam Kapoor eats her lunch at 1:45 with roasted chicken and Arrabbiata pasta and at 4:00 pm, she takes a coffee break.
Then at 5:15 pm for snacks, she eats chicken on toast with her husband, Anand Ahuja. She ends her video with a bottle of steaming hot soup at 7:00 pm.
In the caption of her post, she added, “What I Eat in A Day! Thank you @chefvelton for making my food healthy and tasty. Thanks @radhkarle @radhikasbalancedbody for always making my nutrition plan healthy and balanced so my metabolism never takes a hit! 1. Lemon water 2. Collagen chocolate coffee 3. Eggs and toast 4. Chicken Arrabbiata pasta 4. Chicken on toast 5. Soup."
She revealed that she drinks at least 3–4 liters of water every day to stay healthy, refreshed, and fit.
Some fans thought that she was a vegan as they commented on Sonam's post. One fan wrote, "I thought you went vegan! Since you said the same in some interviews."
Another fan appreciating her content wrote, "Nice sonam, we need more reels like this." A third one added, "I really like your diet plan it’s pretty healthy and not so boring."
However, Sonam Kapoor's balanced diet includes a holistic approach to nutrition while eating both healthy and tasty meals. She keeps her metabolism strong and her body fit by not only eating healthy foods but also considering her favorite items and drinking plenty of water.
