Veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar has been admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital for the last 16 days after being infected with Corona. Now recently, Union Minister and actress Smriti Irani has appealed to the people not to spread false rumours of Lanta Mangeshkar's ill health by sharing a post on social media.

Smriti Irani shared the post and wrote, "Request from Lata didi's family not to spread rumours. She is now recovering after treatment and will return home soon with the blessings of God. From any speculations. Stay safe and keep praying for Lata didi's speedy recovery and good health."

92-year-old Lata Mangeshkar was admitted to the hospital on January 8 due to corona and pneumonia. Fans are also praying for his speedy recovery and return home.
