Sidhi News: Accused Pravesh Shukla's house bulldozed by authorities, action taken

A video from Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh surfaced in which a BJP leader named Pravesh Shukla was seen urinating on a tribal person's face. After this incident, accused Pravesh Shukla has been arrested. Additionally, authorities have bulldozed illegal encroachments by accused Pravesh Shukla related to the urination incident.

What is the whole case?

A viral video from Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh showed a person urinating on another tribal person. Following this, Madhya Pradesh Police arrested accused Pravesh Shukla.

Based on the information received by the police about the incident, BJP leader Pravesh Shukla was arrested from Khairahawa village. The police have registered a case against the accused under sections 323, 123, 294, 506 IPC and NSA.

What did Narottam Mishra say?

In regards to this incident, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra stated that the accused (Pravesh Shukla) was arrested last night. He is in custody and strict action has been taken against him. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has stated that NSA will be filed against him.

Statement of the victim's wife

In this case, the statement of the victim's wife has also come forward. The victim's wife informed the NAI that he is my husband. If he has done something wrong, he will face the consequences. If he has done something wrong, he should be punished. When asked if she was being pressured or harassed by the police, she said no.

The wife said that he is our own husband and works as a laborer. We were worried when he didn't come home yesterday. We don't know where he is, we stayed up all night but he didn't come. Whoever has done wrong will be punished.
