Sidharth Malhotra & Janhvi Kapoor Shine in Param Sundari Trailer | Fans Say ‘Can’t Wait’

The rom-com age is here again! Following the launch of two tunes of the film music album-Pardesiya and Bheegi Saree, the creators of Param Sundari have at last released the official trailer on Tuesday. Sidharth Malhotra acts as Dilli ka munda who comes to Kerala and meets Janhvi Kapoor. They fall in love although there is sparks flying as the trailer shows there is more problems and cross cultural woes ahead.

Param Sundari Trailer

The trailer starts with the touching of Param and Sundari in a church. She is a Kerala dancer. Param Sachdev is his real name who comes to Kerala and on the very first day, he encounters her outside of their lodgings. The relationship between them is casual and marked with filmy allusions until she explodes and tells him that he is playing with the feelings of all. How can he make everyone wrong including Sundari?

The key highlight comes all at the end when Janhvis Sundari channels her rage towards Param and his friend and refers to them as arrogant entitled, and prejudiced North Indians. She also takes them through a fast track course on South Indian stars- starting with Rajinikanth in Tamil Nadu, Mohanlal in Kerala, Allu Arjun in Andhra, and now finally- Yash in Karanataka!

Reacting to the trailer, a fan commented, “Janhvi’s dialogue at the end was too funny, such a fun romantic movie after a long time. Other key actors in the movie include Rajeev Khandelwal and Aakash Dahiya, besides Sidharth and Janhvi. Starring Sanya Malhotra, it is a movie produced by Dinesh Vijan to be released on August 29.
