Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Case: On the lines of Gyanvapi, the court asked for Amin's report of Idgah, next hearing on 20th

The Civil Judge Senior Division (III) Court has ordered an Amin survey on the suit of the Hindu Army in the Sri Krishna Janmasthan case. The date of January 20 has been fixed for the next hearing. A similar order was earlier given for the Gyanvapi campus in Varanasi.

On December 8, Delhi-based Vishnu Gupta, the national president of the Hindu Sena, and Surjit Singh, the vice-president, filed a suit in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division ("III"), Sonika Verma, demanding the removal of the Shahi Masjid Idgah from the Shri Krishna Janmasthan complex. On December 8 itself, the court ordered to call for Amin's report. The counsel for the plaintiff said that the court has fixed December 20 for the next hearing. Till now 13 suits have been filed in the Sri Krishna Janmasthan case. The suit was earlier dismissed by the court.

Due to non-availability of the District Judge in the court hearing could not be held in Shri Krishna Janmasthan case. Now the date of January 12 has been fixed in this case. Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh's appeal was to be heard. Mahendra Pratap had demanded the removal of the Shahi Masjid Idgah from the Sri Krishna birthplace complex. On this, the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division had earlier decided to hear on the point of maintainability. Against this the plaintiff filed an appeal in the Court of District Judge.
