Shraddha Walkar Murder: Aftab's narco test Not To Happen Today

The Narco test of accused Aftab in the Shraddha murder case will not be done today. The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) official said that a pre-narco test will be conducted to ascertain his emotional, psychological and physical health before the narco test. Its process has been started. If any discrepancy is found in any of these reports, the narco analysis test will not be conducted.

Forensic Psychology Division Head Dr. Puneet Puri said that a person's permission is required for a polygraph test. If we get the court orders today, then all the work of polygraph, psychological, and narco tests will be completed in 10 days. This test will be done at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini. For this Delhi Police has prepared a list of 50 questions. During the test, the team of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) will also be present on the spot.

A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court demanding handing over the investigation of the Shraddha murder case to the CBI. A practicing lawyer has stated in the petition that the incident took place about 6 months ago. The Delhi Police is short of manpower and lacks adequate technical equipment to search for evidence. For this reason, accurate testing cannot be done.

Earlier, Aftab confessed before the Delhi Police that he had thrown Shraddha's head in a pond in Delhi. After this information, the Delhi Police reached Maidan Garhi in the Chhatarpur district on Sunday evening and started the work of emptying a pond present here. Apart from this, divers were also called. Shraddha's head has not been found yet.
