Shraddha murder case: Scrutiny to be held in Saket court on February 21
Earlier, on January 24, in the Shraddha murder case, the Delhi Police filed a 6,629-page charge sheet in the Saket court. Along with this, the accused Aftab was presented in the court through video conferencing. During this, the court had ordered Aftab to present the allegations physically for today's hearing.

Aftab, accused in the Shraddha murder case, was presented in Saket court today (February 7). He was presented before the court in a closed room. During this, the court has also taken cognizance of the charge sheet filed by the Delhi Police. Along with this, the charge sheet has also been handed over to Aftab's lawyer. During this, the court had banned the entry of media in the court premises during the hearing.

Under this order, Delhi Police had brought Aftab from Tihar Jail to the court today. After the attack on Aftab in this case, he is being presented in the court mostly through video conferencing. He was arrested by the police on November 12 in the Shraddha murder case. He used Shraddha's social media even after her death. Also transferred funds from Shraddha's accounts. It was from here that the police reached Aftab, because the police got this account detail. When he was being taken from jail in a police vehicle, the Hindu organization attacked the police van with weapons, in which Aftab was sitting. His case is being heard virtually.
