Shraddha Murder Case : Body parts were thrown in the forest of Mehrauli

Aftab, the accused in the Shraddha murder case of Delhi, has confessed his crime in front of the police that he had killed Shraddha. A Delhi Police team is taking Aftab to Mehrauli forest, where he had thrown Shraddha's body into pieces. Police will look for Shraddha's body parts on Aftab's trail.

According to the Delhi Police, Shraddha's mobile phone was thrown away by Aftab. Police is taking out the last location of Shraddha's mobile, so that her mobile can be recovered. The police are also looking for the weapon used to cut Shraddha's body into pieces. Police have received information that after Shraddha's murder, Aftab used to talk to some of her friends through Shraddha's Instagram account. Till June, he used Shraddha's Instagram to show that Shraddha was alive. Police will interrogate Aftab more on this.

Aftab met Shraddha through the dating app Bumble. After the murder of Shraddha, through this app, within 15-20 days, Aftab had made another girlfriend, with whom he used to come to the flat. Delhi Police said that a common friend of Aftab Poonawalla and Shraddha Walker has been called for questioning. Police said that it was the friend who informed Shraddha's father about his conversation with her.
