The polygraph test of Aftab Amin Poonawala, accused in the Shraddha Murder Case, will be held tomorrow i.e. on Wednesday at the Forensic Science Laboratory (Forensic Lab) located in Rohini Sector 14, Delhi. The next day, on Thursday, there will be a narco test in the ICU of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Rohini.
Saket Court's Metropolitan Magistrate Aviral Shukla on Tuesday extended the police remand of Shraddha murder case accused Aftab during a special hearing. On the appeal of the police, the court has extended the police remand of the accused for four days. During this, the accused Aftab was presented before the court.
Police sources say that the accused has not yet identified the shop located on the way from Mehrauli to Gurugram from where he bought the weapon used in the crime. Along with this, narco and polygraph tests are yet to be conducted after complete investigation. On the basis of this, the police has appealed to increase the remand. Significantly, the hearing of the Shraddha case was held in front of Metropolitan Magistrate Aviral Shukla in Saket Court at around 9.30 am on Tuesday. Advocate Abinash Kumar told that during the hearing the accused was in a very stable and calm condition.
