Shraddha Kapoor Praises ‘Aashiqui 2’: The iconic Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor praises the 2012 film ‘Aashiqui 2,’ she calls the film “very special.”

During a recent chat with Pinkvilla, the ‘Stree 2’ film starring actress reflected on her role as ‘Aarohi’ in the famous film ‘Aashiqui 2’ and called it a very special character in her film career that inspires her a lot.

While speaking with Pinkvilla, she said, “Aashiqui (2) is a very special film in itself for me. She (Aarohi) had all those qualities that I would also want to have in myself. The way she loves is incredible. The capacity she has to love is incredible and she loves so purely.”

She revealed that her role as ‘Aarohi’ holds huge importance to her film career.

Shraddha Kapoor also sang the Aashiqui 2 song ‘Chahun Main Ya Naa’ with one of her female fans. During her interaction with her fan, she said, “She wants to sing yaar! Let's sing together.”

The film Aashiqui 2 was directed by Mohit Suri and was released on 2 April 2013. The film and Shraddha Kapoor received great appreciation and acclaim for her exceptional performance as Aarohi in the film.

The film also featured Aditya Roy Kapoor as the main romantic star for the first time. Aashiqui 2 received a lot of praise from fans and earned around Rs 1.09 billion worldwide.

In the Workfront, Shraddha Kapoor is busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Stree 2,’ She is also busy attending various events and interviews to promote the film ‘Stree 2.’

The second part of the film ‘Stree’ is all set to release on 15 August 2024. The film also features other famous stars such as Tamanna Bhatia, Rajkummar Rao, Varun Dhawan, Pankaj Tripathi and many others.
