Shopping Fest will be organized in Delhi in January-February next year, CM Arvind Kejriwal announced
The shopping festival is one of the ambitious projects proposed by the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government to boost employment in this year's Delhi Employment Budget.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday announced the much-awaited dates for the 'Delhi Shopping Festival', which will be held in all popular markets, shops and malls during a month from January 26 to February 28. Around 200 concerts and many other events will also be organized during this time.
Announcing this today, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that in this festival, guests from the country as well as abroad will experience Delhi, its culture, food and shopping and thousands of employment opportunities will be created by this event. Kejriwal also said that the government is also in talks with hotels and airlines to provide special packages to those who would like to come to Delhi at that time.
There will be huge discounts on all products from clothes, food items to household items during this festival. Apart from this, different programs will also be organized for the entertainment of elders, children and youth. Around 200 different types of events are likely to be organized.
