Shooter Avani Creates History, Wins First Gold For India In Tokyo Paralympics

New Delhi:  Shooter Avani Lekhara gave India the first gold medal in the Tokyo Paralympics 2020. She created history because before that no Indian Shooter has won a Gold medal in the shooting event of the Paralympics.

She got first place in the 10M AR standing shooting events with a Paralympic Games record score of 249.6.

Now, India has four medals in Tokyo, with two Silver and a Bronze won yesterday.
