Shivpal met Azam Khan in jail, angry with Akhilesh Yadav

Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav's uncle Shivpal Yadav met SP leader Azam Khan, who is lodged in Sitapur jail today (on Friday). Both the leaders are angry with Akhilesh Yadav.

Earlier, SP leader Shivpal Yadav had on Thursday objected to the remark of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, in which he had said that those who meet BJP will not stay in the SP. Shivpal Yadav termed this remark as 'irresponsible' that if Akhilesh Yadav thinks so, he should expel me from the legislature party soon.

On the speculation of joining BJP, Shivpal Yadav said that he has not taken any decision in this regard and when the right time comes, he will tell everyone about it.In the 2022 UP Vidhan Sabha elections, Shivpal Yadav contested on the SP ticket and became an MLA.

Hitting back at Akhilesh Yadav, Shivpal Yadav said that this is an irresponsible remark. I contested the election on SP's election symbol cycle, if they think so, they should immediately take a decision on it and throw me out of the Party.
