Shiv Sena's Twitter handle and website deleted by Uddhav Thackeray camp

The Uddhav Thackeray camp has deleted both the Shiv Sena Twitter handle and the Shiv Sena website after the name and symbol were removed. Both the Twitter handle and the website were in the name of Shiv Sena, which was handled by the Uddhav Thackeray camp. Uddhav camp has taken this step after EC's decision.

The Election Commission on Friday approved Eknath Shinde's claim on the name and symbol of the Shiv Sena party, the bow and arrow. It was only after this that it came to light that the Thackeray camp had deleted both the Shiv Sena's Twitter handle and its website.

In fact, the Election Commission has considered the Eknath Shinde faction as the real Shiv Sena. The Election Commission on Friday evening allowed the Shinde faction to use the Shiv Sena's name and bow and arrow symbol.

However, after the Election Commission approved Eknath Shinde's claim on Shiv Sena's name and symbol Dhanush-Ban, it was also reported that Uddhav Thackeray would go to the Supreme Court against this decision. At the same time, there are reports of the Shinde faction filing a caveat in the Supreme Court. This means that if the decision of the Election Commission is challenged, the court will not give any decision without hearing the Shinde faction.
