The Patiala House Court had reserved its verdict on Wednesday while hearing the bail plea of accused Shankar Mishra. After reserving the decision for several hours, the court has given its verdict to dismiss the bail plea. Shankar Mishra got drunk and urinated on a 70-year-old woman in November. On a complaint, the police registered a case against the accused under sections 254, 294, 509 and 510 and arrested him from Bengaluru.
