A cold day means when the maximum temperature is likely to be recorded a few degrees below its normal. In Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, there may be an outbreak of fog in the morning and evening.
The minimum temperature in the capital Delhi today is likely to be in the range of 7 degrees to 15 degrees. Due to the cold wave in the evening and morning, there is a possibility of increasing cold and melting. In Uttar Pradesh too, the temperature is likely to drop below 10 degrees amidst fog. Right now the temperature of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is being recorded up to no degree.
Almost the same temperature is being recorded in states like Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Haryana. While the temperature in Punjab and Haryana is likely to be between 7 degrees to 15 degrees, while in the areas of Gujarat and Rajasthan, this temperature is being recorded up to 09 degrees during the day.
