Now the schools will open on Monday, January 9. District School Inspector PK Upadhyay told that the period of severe winter has started in January. In such a situation, parents are refraining from sending children to school due to fog and extreme cold. In such a situation, District Magistrate Medha Rupam has declared holiday in all the schools from class one to 12th.
Teachers and staff will remain present in the school during this holiday. Due to Sunday, there will be a holiday on 8th January. Now all the schools from class 1st to 12th will open on Monday, January 9 at the scheduled time. Teachers and staff will be called to the school just because in the coming days the board exams of high school and intermediate are going to start. In such a situation, the work of the students should not be affected. That's why teachers and staff have not been given leave.
