SBI spent Rs 1.52 crore on meetings in a year
The same Ashwini Bhatia has been given Rs 32.15 lakh and Swaminathan Janakiraman Rs 31.74 lakh. While Ashwini Kumar Tiwari has been given a salary of 31.66 lakhs.

State Bank of India (SBI) chairman Dinesh Kumar Kara has been given a salary of about Rs 34.42 lakh in the financial year 2021-22, which is about 13.4 percent more than the salary of the previous SBI chairman Rajnish Kumar. While the four managing directors of the bank have been given a salary ranging from Rs 31.66 lakh to Rs 32.62 lakh. This information has been given in the annual report of SBI for the financial year 2022.
According to SBI's statement, Khara's basic salary in FY 2022 was around Rs 27 lakh. While Rs 7,42,500 has been given as dearness allowance. In this way, Dinesh Kumar Khara has been given a total of Rs 34,42,500 in the financial year 2022 from April 2021 to March 2022.
Khara took over as the chairman of SBI in October 2020. Prior to this, Khara held the charge as Managing Director (Global Banking and Subsidiaries) of SBI. Khara had joined SBI in the year 1984 as a Probational Officer. Khara has about 38 years of experience in the field of banking. In the financial year 2021-22, Khar took the house for Rs 38.12 lakh, which includes an incentive of Rs 4 lakh.
SBI Managing Director Challa Srinivasulu Setty has been given a salary of more than Rs 32.62 lakh in the financial year 2021-22.
