RSS program in Nagpur on Vijayadashami, Mohan Bhagwat said – need to work on population policy

Today is the foundation day of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. In the year 1925, on the day of Dussehra, the RSS was established in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The annual Vijayadashami program of the Sangh is being organized at Resham Bagh, Nagpur. RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat also addressed the program.

Mohan Bhagwat said that population needs resources. If it grows without creating resources, it becomes a burden. There is another approach in which population is considered an asset. We need to work on population policy for all keeping both the aspects in mind.

The Sangh chief said that it is a myth that English is very important for a career. With the new education policy, students should become highly cultured, good human beings who are also inspired by patriotism. This is everyone's wish. Society needs to actively support it.

Bhagwat said that power is the basis of peace. He said that today there is a sound of self-reliant India. The world is listening to India. Self-reliance comes from the soul. Our reputation and reputation in the world has increased. The way we helped Sri Lanka. Our stand during the Russo-Ukraine war shows that we are being heard. Bhagwat further said that development is not possible without women. What a mother power can do, even men cannot do it. Therefore, it is necessary to enlighten, empower, empower them in this way and give them freedom to work and give equal participation in the works.

Mountaineer Santosh Yadav attended the program as the chief guest. Santosh Yadav is the first woman climber to climb Mount Everest twice. This is the first time that a first one was invited as the chief guest in the program of the Sangh. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were also present. Mountaineer Santosh Yadav also addressed the Sangh workers. He said that often because of my behavior and conduct people used to ask me 'Am I a Sanghi?' Then I asked what happened? I did not know about the Sangh at that time.
