Rishabh Pant will have plastic surgery, Delhi airlift can also be done

Meanwhile, the state's Medical Health and Medical Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat expressed deep sorrow over Pant's injury in the road accident.

Injured Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant may be airlifted to Delhi if medically required. Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) president Rohan Jaitley said that if required on medical advice, his organization would airlift Pant from Dehradun to New Delhi for his plastic surgery. Pant had met with a car accident near Roorkee on Friday morning.

Dr. Rawat asked the health department officials to ensure proper treatment arrangements for Pant as soon as he received information about Pant's injuries in the road accident. After the injured cricketer was referred to Max Hospital in Dehradun, Dr. Rawat inquired about his health from Max Hospital management and doctors. He told that a team of doctors is engaged in Pant's treatment and he is out of danger.
Rishabh Pant's teammates Shreyas Iyer, Shubman Gill, Hardik Pandya, Shikhar Dhawan, KS Bharat and Deepak Hooda wished Pant a speedy recovery with their messages on social media. Former cricketers Gautam Gambhir, Kevin Pietersen, Virender Sehwag, women cricketer Jhulan Goswami and Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra wished Pant a speedy recovery. Meanwhile Bollywood actors Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor met Rishabh Pant and both inquired about Pant's health.
