She had come to Vadodara from America. Two other people who came into his contact were also investigated. Although his report came negative. Later the woman was cured. Apart from this, two other cases of BF-7 were also found in Ahmedabad and Odisha.
After the meeting, NITI Aayog member Dr. VK Paul advised people to wear masks in the crowd. He said- Mask is very important for people suffering from serious diseases and for the elderly. Right now only 27% of the population has taken the booster dose. Taking this dose is compulsory for all.
Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has written a letter to all the states and union territories on Tuesday. It states that samples of all positive cases of corona should be sent for genome sequencing so that new variants of corona can be detected. These days the cases of corona are increasing rapidly in China, Japan, America, Korea and Brazil.
