After reaching there, Team India, led by Virat Kohli, will be isolated in the hotel room for only one day.During this, the players will have a corona test 3 times and after the negative report comes, the players will be able to come out of isolation. The first Test between India and South Africa will be played at Centurion from 26 December.
The Indian team was in a bio-bubble in Mumbai for three days before leaving for Africa. Meanwhile, the players were also tested for corona thrice. After the completion of the quarantine period, the Indian team will fly to South Africa via a chartered flight.
According to media reports, on arrival in Jonhasburg, South Africa, the Indian team will be quarantined for a day in a pre-determined hotel and will leave for their hotel in Centurion. The Indian team will practice from December 19 at Centurion, where the first match will be played from December 26.
