Realme GT Neo appears on BIS, expected to launch in India soon

The Realme GT Neo, which unveiled in China today, could be on its way to India soon, as the device has already been spotted on the BIS website. While the information on the device has been leaked over the last few days, with its appearance on TENAA now, there's hardly anything left to know.

Teaser posters have uncovered the phone's dual-tone finish and rectangular camera module. With the model number RMX3031, Realme GT Neo has finally appeared on TENAA with images and key specifications. A few days earlier, the same model number was registered in the Indian IMEI database, and it has now passed through the BIS certification website. Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth had teased the launch of a phone with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC in India and we suspect that it could be the Realme GT Neo. It now appears to be that very phone. Unfortunately, the Realme GT Neo launch date in India is still unknown.

The TENAA listing reveals a corner punch-hole camera and a rear screen, as seen in the teasers. Additionally, it also suggests that the Realme GT Neo will have a 6.43-inch screen and a 4,400mAH battery. The device measures 158.5 x 73.3 x 8.4 mm, indicating a reasonable fit within an average palm.

The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor will power the affordable gaming flagship phone, which could make it quite a welcome addition for gamers, given that the new chipset offers 22% faster CPU performance and 25% more power efficiency from the posters only, we can understand that the Realme GT Neo has a dedicated button known as the GT Mode. It would offer performance boosts whereby all available resources in the device would be made available to the current task that the user wants it to run.

This could be a game-changer for gamers who require sound processing and high screen speeds during a gaming session. According to the Weibo poster, the Realme GT Neo offers lightning, 4D vibration, enhanced image quality, and full-on performance.
