Roza starts from Fajr at the time of Sahar and continues till the Azaan of Maghrib in the evening. Sahar means morning. At that time, with the intention of fasting, we eat something as a modest ritual payment. This morning meal is called Sehri. Sehri can be done till the beginning of Fajr prayer.
