Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' to reach Telangana from Karnataka on October 23
According to the Telangana unit of Congress, Rahul will also visit prayer houses, mosques and temples in the state. During this, all religion prayers will also be offered. In the state, the Congress has formed 10 special committees to coordinate the padyatra in Telangana.

The 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' of Congress under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi will enter from Raichur in Karnataka to Gudebellur in Telangana on the morning of 23 October. This padyatra in Telangana will start from Gudebellur in Mahabubnagar. According to a release issued by the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, the Telangana unit of Congress has made preparations for a grand welcome for this padyatra on the Karnataka-Telangana border. After having breakfast at Gudebellur, the Yatra will rest from the afternoon of October 23 to October 26 in view of Diwali.
It said that thereafter the yatra would start from Gudebellur on the morning of October 27 and would reach Maktal. The yatra will run for 16 days in Telangana and will cover a distance of 375 km in 19 assembly constituencies and seven parliamentary constituencies. After this, the Yatra will enter Maharashtra on November 7.
During the 16-day journey, there will be a general holiday of three days for Diwali and one day on November 4. During the yatra, Rahul will undertake 20-25 km 'padyatra' every day, hold street meetings and meet people on Necklace Road and will stay overnight at Bowenpally. Congress leaders will meet intellectuals, leaders of different communities, political leaders, people from sports, business and cinema. Many of these people also want to be a part of Rahul's padyatra.
