Punjab Police solved the RPG attack case, seven people arrested

The Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) attack on a police station in Punjab's Tarn Taran district has been solved by the Punjab Police. 7 people were arrested in this case. According to the information provided by Punjab's DGP Gaurav Yadav, Pakistan's ISI is behind this attack. According to information, the mastermind of this attack is Lakhbir Ladda sitting in Canada. Lada executed through 2 Europe based handlers- Satbir Satta and Gurdev Jassal. This attack was carried out by two minors. Significantly, both these minors are untrained.

The police also informed that the terrorist organization Mujahideen is also involved in this attack. Punjab DGP said that 6 people have been arrested in this case, while one has been kept in police custody. Please inform that the name of Ajmeet Singh, who is lodged in Goindwal Jail, has also figured in this RPG attack. Azmeet's name also figured in the Nakodar firing incident. The police have taken him on production warrant. Gaurav Yadav further informed that we recovered RPG 26, a launcher, 32 bore pistol with 15 rounds, hand grenades, 30 bore pistol with 35 live rounds and 32 bore pistol with 5 live rounds. The DGP of Punjab did not make any comments regarding Goldie Brar.

The DGP also informed that 70 mm caliber RPG 26 was used in the attack, which is commonly used by Mujahideen and was sourced from across the border.
