Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveils a 108 feet high Hanuman Statue in Gujrat’s Morbi, saya Hanuman Ji an important source of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday unveiled a 108-feet tall statue of Ram devotee Hanuman Ji in Gujarat's Morbi on the occasion of Hanuman's birth anniversary. On this auspicious occasion, he said that Hanuman Ji connects everyone with his devotion, with his service. Everyone gets inspiration from Hanuman Ji, and that is why Hanuman Ji is also an important thread of Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat.

Unveiling the statue, Prime Minister Modi said that Hanuman is the power and strength who gave the right to respect and honor to all the forest-dwelling species and forest brethren. The Prime Minister said that Ram Katha is also organized in different parts of the country. Whatever be the language dialect, the spirit of Ram Katha unites all, unites with devotion to God. This is the strength of the Indian faith, our spirituality, our culture, and our tradition.

PM Modi further said, "I have been told that such a 108 feet high statue of Hanuman Ji is being installed in different corners of the country. We have been seeing the statue of Hanuman Ji in Shimla for the last many years. Today another statue has been installed in Morbi. Work is underway to install two other idols in the south, in Rameswaram and West Bengal."
