Popular actress Tabassum died at the age of 78

Popular actress Tabassum has passed away today. She was 78 years old. According to his son Hoshang Govil, he passed away on Friday evening. The family is shocked by his departure. He said, “Last night around 8.40 pm, he passed away due to cardiac arrest in a hospital. She was healthy and she had no problem. Had shot for her show 10 days back and was about to shoot again next week. It happened suddenly. He said, “He had a gastro problem, due to which he was admitted to a hospital. She was later discharged, but was admitted again yesterday. She had cardiac arrest twice within two minutes.

She started her career in 1947 as child artist Baby Tabassum. He hosted the popular Doordarshan celebrity talk show Phool Khile Hain Gulshan Gulshan from 1972 to 1993. He is known for films like Majdhar, Deedar and Swarg. He also had a corona infection last year. Then she was in the hospital for about 10 days.
