Poonch Ambush: 5 Soldiers Injured in Militant Attack on Security Vehicles in J&K
So far, no damage or casualties have been reported in the attack. The injured soldiers are being treated in a hospital.

5 Soldiers Injured in Militant Attack on Security Vehicles in J&K: In Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district, sources said, five soldiers of the Indian Airforce were injured when two vehicles in their convoy came under heavy terrorist fire at Surankote.
The airmen are all being treated in a hospital, only one airman is reported to be critical. A counter-terror operation has been launched and reinforcements have been rushed to the area.
As the vehicles were moving towards Sanai Top in the district's Surankote area, the attack took place in the evening.
The Rashtriya Rifles have begun cordon and search operations in the area, ANI reported. The attacked vehicles have been secured inside the air base near Shahsitar.
First major attack on the armed forces in the region since last year's terror attacks on the army.
It was evident from the visuals that the vehicle that came under fire had at least a dozen bullet holes in its windscreen.
